At the Official Minecraft Shop, we want you to love your loot as much as a Creeper loves TNT, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, un-crafted condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original box.
Ship the Loot
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor your return's progress.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
